Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on OneWin. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, IP addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a violation of these Terms. All duplicate Accounts will be closed, and any balances or winnings associated with those Accounts may be forfeited at OneWin's sole discretion.
Employees, directors, officers, agents, contractors, and immediate family members of OneWin and its affiliated entities are not permitted to register or hold an Account on the Platform.
To access the full functionality of the OneWin Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including: a valid email address; a chosen username; date of birth; country of residence; and a secure password. You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and that you will maintain its accuracy throughout the duration of your Account.
OneWin is required to verify the identity of all Users prior to processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process requires submission of the following documentation:
KYC verification is a one-time process. Once approved, OneWin will not request re-verification unless there is a regulatory requirement or a material change in account circumstances. KYC review is typically completed within 30 minutes during business hours, though complex cases may take up to 48 hours.
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC constitutes a material breach of these Terms. OneWin reserves the right to close Accounts and withhold funds pending investigation where information discrepancies are identified.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. OneWin will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
In the event you become aware of, or reasonably suspect, any unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify OneWin's support team immediately via on-site live chat or email at [email protected]. OneWin will take all reasonable steps to secure your Account upon notification.
OneWin bears no liability for losses arising from your failure to adequately secure your Account credentials, or from your voluntary sharing of those credentials with any third party.
OneWin supports deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency transfers including BTC and USDT. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) with no currency conversion fees applied by OneWin.
The minimum deposit is RM30 per transaction. Maximum single-transaction limits vary by payment method, with standard banking and e-wallet channels accepting up to RM30,000 per transaction. Diamond VIP members may request higher limits through their dedicated account manager.
Deposits via DuitNow and e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited to your Account instantly. FPX bank transfers may take between 5 and 15 minutes to process. If your deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, contact our support team with the transaction reference number for investigation.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your OneWin Account are legitimately yours and are free from any criminal origin. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using a payment method not registered in your own name without prior written approval from OneWin's compliance team, is a violation of these Terms.
To request a withdrawal, your Account must satisfy all of the following conditions:

Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, scheduled banking maintenance windows, or where additional compliance review is required.
Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. This requirement is a standard anti-money laundering control. OneWin reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving withdrawals to new payment methods.
OneWin reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending a compliance review if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, policy violation, or where required by applicable regulatory obligations. Users will be notified in writing of any such delay and provided with an expected resolution timeline.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by OneWin are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. By claiming a bonus, you agree to those specific terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.
Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any portion of the bonus balance or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limit are stated on each individual promotion page. Standard wagering requirements apply to real-money balance only after bonus requirements are met.
OneWin actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses across multiple accounts; low-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; coordinated play with other accounts; and use of automated software to influence bonus outcomes. Where bonus abuse is identified, OneWin reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel winnings derived from those bonuses, and close the Account without prior notice.
The OneWin welcome bonus is available to new members making their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is available in three tiers corresponding to membership levels (Silver, Gold, and Diamond VIP) with differing deposit match percentages and maximum bonus values. OneWin offers a Brand Migration Programme for players transferring from another platform. The migration bonus, up to MYR 588, is subject to verification of the applicant's previous platform tier via appropriate evidence (such as screenshots). OneWin does not guarantee tier matching in all cases and reserves the right to assess each migration application on its individual merits. All casino games and sportsbook markets offered on OneWin are operated in accordance with published rules. Slot and table games utilise independently audited Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure outcomes are statistically random and unpredictable. All sports bets are governed by OneWin's Sportsbook Rules. In the event of a dispute regarding event settlement, the official result published by the relevant sports governing body shall be the determining reference. OneWin reserves the right to void bets where pricing errors, technical faults, or demonstrable manipulation of market odds is identified.
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting gameplay, game results generated during the fault period may be declared void. OneWin will make all reasonable efforts to notify affected Players and reverse any erroneous charges. Winnings generated as a direct result of a platform error — such as a pricing error in odds or a software bug allowing unlimited free play — are not valid and may be voided.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the OneWin Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, display, or creation of derivative works from any Platform content without OneWin's prior written consent.
Any unauthorised use of OneWin's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OneWin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings; loss of data; loss of goodwill; service interruptions; computer damage; system failures; or the cost of substitute services.
OneWin does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary service unavailability. OneWin will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and notify Users in advance of planned downtime where possible.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude OneWin's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
OneWin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, OneWin will provide notice to Users via the email address registered on their Account and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform, at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the change.
Non-material changes (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact details) may be made without advance notice and will take effect upon publication to the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account by contacting our support team before the effective date.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which OneWin holds its operating licence. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under any applicable mandatory local consumer protection legislation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within 30 calendar days of your initial written complaint, the matter may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body as specified by OneWin's operating licence conditions. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms.
